Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, welcoming, and organized Hostess to join our restaurant team. The Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a positive first impression by greeting customers, managing reservations, and coordinating seating. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and thank them as they leave.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Communicate with servers and management to ensure smooth service.
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservation inquiries.
• Provide accurate wait times and update guests on table availability.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entrance.
• Respond to guest questions and help resolve concerns professionally.
• Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed.

• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Requires standing for extended periods and assisting guests throughout the shift.

Compensation: Based on experience
Reports To: Restaurant Manager

Pay: $15.15 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 30.0 per week
