About Aiko
Aiko is serving sushi created by Houston’s up-and-coming sushi chefs led by award-winning veteran Chefs Patrick Pham and Daniel Lee. Under the bright lights of the stage that is Aiko’s sushi bar, the chefs thoughtfully curate a range of omakases and a variety of raw, cooked, and rolled items. Aiko (pronounced eye-ko) means “love child” in Japanese — nod to the two other Duckstache concepts, Handies Duozo and Kokoro, that inspired the menu.
