ABOUT WHITE OAK

White Oak is a refined Southern kitchen with European influence in the heart of downtown Atlanta. We are part of Brewed To Serve Restaurant Group, a family owned Atlanta hospitality company with nearly 30 years in the city and the team behind Max Lager's and Bold Monk Brewing Co. Our dining room serves downtown professionals, convention guests, theatergoers, and private events of every size.

THE ROLE

Our hosts set the tone for every guest. You are the first and last impression of White Oak, and you keep the dining room running smoothly from the door to the table.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Greet and seat guests with warmth and polish

• Manage reservations, waitlist, and table flow in OpenTable

• Answer phones and handle guest inquiries, including private event leads

• Pace seating with the kitchen and floor team on busy nights

• Support private events and large parties with check in and guest flow

• Keep the entry, host stand, and menus guest ready

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Host or guest facing experience in a full service restaurant preferred

• OpenTable or similar reservation system experience is a plus

• Calm under pressure and organized during a full book

• Clear, confident communicator in person and on the phone

• Availability for evenings, weekends, and event dates
