Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Manage reservations and seating assignments
• Escort guests to their tables
• Maintain an organized waitlist and dining room flow
• Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
• Communicate closely with servers and management
• Uphold high standards of hospitality and service

Requirements:

• Previous hosting or customer-service experience preferred
• Professional appearance and communication
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Availability on evenings and weekends
