What you will do

Greet arriving guests and thank them as they leave.

Manage the waitlist and communicate wait times clearly.

Seat guests promptly while balancing table availability and the service team’s pace.

Keep the entrance, lobby, and host stand clean and welcoming.

Answer guest questions and phone calls professionally.

Communicate seating needs and guest requests to the team.

Follow the restaurant’s hospitality standards and help teammates as needed.

Perform bussing duties.
