Host

The team at darkroom (Zach Scherer, Drew Adams, LA Times Top 101) is opening a pizza / trattoria Italian restaurant in Irvine. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor.

We are searching for friendly, energetic, responsible, motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment. We run a professional, organized shop where everyone does their job and treats co-workers with respect (i.e. no yelling).

We are looking for hosts who can manage the front while also being valuable members of the service floor.

Each host receives a tip-pool share equal to 75% of an individual server's tip-pool share per meal period worked.

Since the host is the guest's first point of contact, we are looking for someone who loves giving good service, while being able to flex into other positions.

We look forward to meeting you!
