Host

We are looking for a personable individual to help with customers and provide support for our waitstaff. You should be able to initiate conversation and make our customers feel welcome. As a Host/hostess, we expect you to be highly social and have excellent customer service skills. You must have the ability to handle stressful situations, deal with both pleasant and unpleasant guests, and serve them with the same level of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and and provide exceptional customer service while managing transactions efficiently including counting change back accurately.
• Help keep our buffet organized, filled, and clean.
• Accurately process cash, credit card transactions using POS system.
• Maintain a secure cash drawer.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the work area.
• Help take phone orders.
• Help with dishes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.73 per hour
