Host

We are looking for hosts/food expos to oversee the host stand/expo area at our Coeur d'Alene location. Responsibilities include answering phones, seating tables, ringing in take-out orders, bussing tables, maintaining clean work area, opening duties, closing duties, cash handling, and having strong communication skills. To be successful in this role, you should be hard working with excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Clean, stock, maintain par levels, keep area clean and tidy
• Adhere to policies
• Excellent menu knowledge
• Follow health and safety regulations
• Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, customer concerns, loss of business to competitors)
