We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is essential in managing guest relations, seating arrangements, and overall dining experience. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Maintain an organized waitlist and communicate wait times to guests.
• Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the menu and restaurant services.
• Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host area.
• Utilize POS systems for managing reservations and guest information.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Familiarity with food service operations and restaurant environments.
• Experience with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is preferred but not required.
• Good phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy setting.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others.

Base Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
