Casa Nela is seeking enthusiastic, personable, and hospitality-driven Hosts to join our team at Rosemary's West Village!

A beloved neighborhood restaurant in the heart of the West Village for over a decade, Rosemary's has become a gathering place for locals and visitors alike, known for its welcoming atmosphere, vibrant energy, and genuine hospitality.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, our Hosts play an essential role in creating the warm, welcoming atmosphere that has made Rosemary's a neighborhood favorite for years.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome guests, creating a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements to ensure smooth service and efficient guest flow.
• Communicate effectively with management, servers, and fellow team members to coordinate seating and accommodate guest needs.
• Answer incoming calls and assist with reservation inquiries and special requests.
• Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming host stand.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Previous Host experience in a high-volume restaurant (NYC experience preferred).
• Familiarity with reservation platforms such as Resy and OpenTable is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to remain calm, efficient, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• A warm, outgoing personality and genuine passion for hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
