Host (Evenings and Weekends)

Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Manage reservations and bay arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
• Assist guests with inquiries regarding menu items, specials, and gameplay setup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station and bay areas.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy to enhance guest relations.
• Provide assistance during peak hours to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with POS systems, is advantageous but not mandatory.
