Host Position:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
• Manage the waitlist and seating chart, assigning tables based on party size and server rotation
• Communicate wait times accurately and keep waiting guests informed and comfortable Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entryway throughout the shift

Food Runner Position:

• Deliver completed dishes from the kitchen to the correct tables quickly and accurately
• Confirm each dish matches the ticket before leaving the expo window
• Keep the expo area organized and support the kitchen team during high-volume rushes

Expeditor Position:

• Serve as the primary link between the kitchen and the floor, coordinating the BOH team during service
• Review each dish at the window before it leaves to confirm correct preparation, consistent plating, and ticket accuracy
• Manage the pace and timing of orders so tables receive complete meals together and service runs smoothly
