HOST/ HOSTESS AM-PM

Join our hospitality team as a Host/Hostess and be the welcoming face that sets the tone for an exceptional dining experience!

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm and a friendly smile to create an inviting atmosphere
• Manage and Enter guest take-out orders using POS, Cash out customers and manage and handle third party orders like DoorDAsh, UberEats, etc
• Manage reservations efficiently and coordinate seating to optimize flow
• Answer phone inquiries professionally, providing accurate information about wait times and reservations while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and smooth service flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times
• Assist guests with special requests or accommodations to enhance their dining experience
• Prior experience as a host or hostess in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and team members
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS is a plus.

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
