FreshCo Fish Market & Grill is hiring a dependable and hardworking Server Assistant to join our Doral team. This position supports the servers and helps ensure guests receive fast, friendly, and attentive service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and assist with seating when needed
• Provide water, utensils, napkins, and other table items
• Deliver food and beverages to guests
• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly
• ssist servers with guest requests
• Keep the dining room and service areas clean and organized
• Restock service stations and supplies
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management
• Follow all food-safety and sanitation procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Spanish-speaking or bilingual candidates are preferred
• Restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
