Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience for our guests by providing exceptional support to servers and ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly. Responsibilities

• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
• Buss tables efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
• Help with food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations.
• Support the team in managing the POS system for order processing and tracking.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining atmosphere.

Experience

• Previous experience in guest services or food service is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with bussing techniques and food preparation is a plus.
• Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests and staff.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness is necessary.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining attentive to detail.
