Host, Hostess, and Server Assistant

Shisha Cafe is looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Host / Server Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while helping ensure smooth and efficient service throughout the restaurant.

Available Shifts:

• 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Availability to work nights and weekends
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and works well as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests as they arrive and provide a welcoming first impression
• Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements using the host stand system
• Seat guests promptly while balancing server sections
• Answer guest questions and provide accurate wait time estimates
• Assist servers by running food and drinks to tables
• Bus and reset tables quickly to keep service flowing
• Refill beverages and assist guests as needed
• Keep the dining room, host stand, and service areas clean, organized, and stocked
• Restock supplies throughout the shift
• Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to provide excellent guest service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
