Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service
• Manage seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand and dining areas
• Support guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with a positive attitude
• Operate Toast POS system to process orders when needed
• Utilize Toast Tables App to manage server rotations, guest wait list and seating assignments.
• Uphold phone etiquette by answering calls and providing information clearly and courteously

Requirements

• Prior experience as a host or hostess in a restaurant or food service setting preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members
• Knowledge of Toast POS system is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous restaurant experience is desirable but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key
• Professional appearance and positive attitude to represent our brand effectively

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
