Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Manage reservations and maintain accurate seating charts.
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus.
• Assist with waitlist management during peak times.
• Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth flow of service.
• Answer phone calls and respond to basic guest inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized host station and dining area.
• Uphold the standards and values of Zest Restaurant Group in every guest interaction.

Qualifications / Experience

• Previous hosting, customer service, or restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
