Job Description: Host/Host

Duties:

• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
• Assist guests with seating arrangements and reservations
• Manage the waitlist and ensure timely seating of guests
• Answer phone calls and take reservations
• Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
• Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Provide information about the hotel's amenities, services, and promotions

Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build positive guest relations
