About the role

PT Dickies Indonesia Mandiri is seeking a dynamic and engaging Host Live to join our Marketing & Communications team. This is a full-time position based in Bali, where you will be the face and voice of our brand during live streaming events, product launches, and promotional campaigns. As a Host Live, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, engaging our audience, and converting viewers into customers through compelling on-camera presentations and authentic interactions.

What you'll be doing

• Hosting live streaming events on various digital platforms including social media, e-commerce sites, and company channels
• Presenting products in an engaging and persuasive manner, highlighting key features and benefits to the audience
• Interacting with viewers in real-time, responding to questions and building meaningful connections with the audience
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative scripts and content for live sessions
• Managing audience engagement metrics and gathering feedback to improve future broadcasts
• Maintaining an energetic, professional and authentic on-camera presence that reflects the brand values
• Coordinating technical aspects with production teams to ensure smooth live streaming operations
• Promoting special offers, campaigns and new product launches effectively during live sessions

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a host, presenter, or on-camera talent, preferably in live streaming or e-commerce environments
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and captivate an audience
• Natural charisma and confidence in front of the camera, combined with the ability to think on your feet
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and live streaming best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple live events
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Basic product knowledge and enthusiasm for the fashion and workwear industry would be advantageous
• Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when live events are scheduled
