Job Description – Host Live Streaming

Responsibilities:

• Host and conduct live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Present and explain products clearly, attractively, and persuasively to viewers.
• Interact with viewers through comments, questions, and live chat.
• Encourage viewers to purchase products and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
• Follow the prepared live streaming script, promotional materials, and campaign guidelines.
• Demonstrate product usage, benefits, features, and promotions during live sessions.
• Maintain an energetic, friendly, and professional attitude throughout the live session.
• Monitor audience engagement and adjust the presentation style according to viewer responses.
• Coordinate with the Live Operator, Marketing, and other relevant teams regarding live schedules, products, and promotions.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, ongoing promotions, and social media trends.
• Evaluate live-streaming performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company's brand image appropriately.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year of experience as a Beauty Live Streaming Host is preferred.
• Good communication and public speaking skills.
• Confident, active, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
• Able to control emotions and remain professional under pressure.
• Attractive and presentable appearance.
• Able to work according to a flexible live streaming schedule, including weekends or holidays when required.
• Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of TikTok, Shopee, and other live-commerce platforms.
• Good product presentation and selling skills.
