About the role

We are looking for 2 Live Hosts to join our growing Live Commerce team and represent Noomi Matcha and Pinkroulette. As a Live Host, you will be responsible for creating engaging live sessions, communicating product benefits, driving audience interaction, and converting viewers into customers. You will play an important role in building our live commerce channel from the ground up, with the goal of contributing up to 15% of the company's total revenue within three quarters.

Key responsibilities

• Host and conduct live streaming sessions according to the assigned schedule, duration, and platform requirements.
• Develop strong product knowledge and communicate product benefits, features, and promotions clearly.
• Prepare and maintain the live streaming setup, including products, props, lighting, and background.
• Execute sales scripts including hooks, product demonstrations, promotions, closing techniques, and urgency tactics.
• Actively interact with viewers by responding to comments, questions, and audience feedback.
• Promote products, vouchers, bundles, special offers, and other campaigns according to the Marketing Lead's direction.
• Coordinate with Marketplace Admin to ensure product stock, pricing, vouchers, and promotions are ready before each live session.
• Maintain an energetic, engaging, and professional presence throughout live sessions.
• Monitor audience engagement and adjust presentation, selling approach, and content flow based on viewer response.
• Report live session performance, including duration, viewers, orders, GMV, conversion rate, and best-selling products.

Qualification :

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Live Host, Live Seller, Content Creator, Sales Promoter, or similar role.
• Experience hosting live commerce sessions on TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or other e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a natural and engaging personality.
• Strong ability to explain products and communicate product benefits in a clear and persuasive way.
• Comfortable using sales techniques such as hooking, product demonstration, upselling, closing, and creating urgency.
• Able to actively interact with viewers and maintain high audience engagement during live sessions.
• Target-oriented and motivated by sales, orders, conversion rate, and GMV targets.
• Able to work according to a fixed live streaming schedule, including evenings, weekends, or campaign periods when required.
• Fast learner, proactive, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
