About the role

This is a live commerce hosting role focused on presenting skincare and beauty products through engaging live streams. You will conduct interactive live sessions, demonstrate products, explain their benefits and usage, and guide viewers toward purchase decisions while maintaining brand-aligned communication.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging live streams — open the session, greet viewers, maintain energy, and create an interactive atmosphere
• Explain products — communicate benefits, ingredients, usage instructions, suitable skin types, sizes, and product information clearly
• Drive sales — direct viewers to checkout, promote offers/vouchers/bundles, and create urgency without making exaggerated claims
• Interact with audience — read and respond to comments and questions, and help viewers select products based on their skincare needs
• Demonstrate products — show texture, application methods, visible results, and usage tips
• Maintain brand-aligned communication — use polite, confident, and persuasive language consistent with company style
• Monitor live performance — track sales, viewer count, engagement, conversion rates, and targets
• Coordinate with team — work with admin, content/live specialists, and marketing to ensure stock, promotions, and product information are accurate
• Ensure compliance — avoid medical claims or unverifiable promises and follow platform rules and cosmetics promotion regulations

• Communicative and confident on camera
• Attractive and neat appearance aligned with brand image
• Energetic, friendly, and expressive to maintain engaging live sessions
• Strong selling and persuasion skills with ability to guide audiences toward purchase
• Understanding of skincare fundamentals including skin types, active ingredients, product functions, and usage methods
• Able to answer questions quickly and build interaction through comments
• Creative with ability to maintain varied topics during live sessions
• Capable of improvising when viewer numbers, engagement, or live conditions change
• Able to work toward targets including revenue, transaction volume, and engagement metrics
• Disciplined and responsible regarding live schedule commitments
• Able to collaborate with team including admin, marketing, and content/live specialists
• Experience as a host or live seller, particularly on TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or similar platforms is a plus
