About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Host Live dan Content Creator to join the Bion Solar team in Tangerang Selatan Banten. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in building our brand presence and connecting with our audience through compelling live streaming and multimedia content. As a Host Live dan Content Creator, you will be at the forefront of our promotional efforts, leveraging your creativity and communication skills to drive engagement, build community, and promote our solar energy solutions to a diverse audience. This role is essential to our marketing strategy and directly contributes to increasing brand awareness and customer acquisition for Bion Solar.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and conduct engaging live streaming sessions across various platforms including social media channels and dedicated streaming services
• Create high-quality multimedia content including videos, graphics, and interactive materials that showcase Bion Solar products and services
• Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns and promotional objectives
• Engage directly with audiences during live sessions, responding to comments, answering questions, and fostering community interaction
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure content messaging is consistent with brand guidelines and campaign goals
• Utilise social media analytics and audience feedback to optimise content strategy and improve engagement metrics
• Edit and post-produce content to maintain professional quality and brand standards
• Stay updated on industry trends, solar energy developments, and competitor activities to inform content creation
• Manage social media accounts and maintain regular posting schedules across assigned platforms
• Develop creative concepts and themes for promotional campaigns and special events

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a live host, content creator, or similar role within the media, advertising, or promotions industry
• Excellent on-camera presence with strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage audiences authentically
• Proficiency in content creation tools and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for audience engagement
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Creativity and innovation in developing original content ideas and promotional concepts
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of digital marketing and promotional strategies within the advertising industry
• Familiarity with live streaming platforms and associated technical requirements
• Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal
• Preferred experience in the solar energy, renewable energy, or technology sectors
• Previous experience managing social media analytics and optimising content based on performance data
