About the role

This role involves managing live streaming operations, overseeing broadcast schedules, ensuring equipment completeness (cameras, lighting), and monitoring live sessions according to platform guidelines. You will review audience data, conversion rates (sales), and provide direct feedback to live hosts for performance improvement. The role requires ensuring broadcasts stay on topic and follow promotional schedules, creating daily activity reports, analyzing sales data, and managing platform dashboards (TikTok Live Manager, etc.). You will lead, train, and evaluate live host performance to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) targets, and assist in resolving technical issues, inventory problems, or customer complaints outside the host's control.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange broadcast shift schedules and ensure equipment completeness (cameras, lighting)
• Monitor live sessions according to platform guidelines
• Review audience data and conversion rates (sales)
• Provide direct feedback to live hosts for performance improvement in subsequent sessions
• Ensure broadcasts stay on topic and follow promotional schedules
• Create daily activity reports and analyze sales data
• Understand and manage platform dashboards (TikTok Live Manager, etc.)
• Lead, train, and evaluate live host performance to achieve KPI and GMV targets
• Assist in resolving technical issues, inventory problems, or customer complaints

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Live Host in E-Commerce
• Leadership qualities
• Ability to understand social media trends and live streaming algorithms
