Host Live Streaming

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main host for scheduled live streaming sessions, presenting GOLO's products in a clear, engaging, informative, and persuasive manner.
• Actively interact with viewers through the comment section, answering queries regarding products, ongoing promos, and checkout processes to maintain a lively and interactive atmosphere.
• Drive real-time purchasing urgency using effective digital selling techniques to maximize conversion rates and support the achievement of Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) targets.
• Thoroughly study product benefits, unique selling points (USPs), and updates prior to streaming; ensure all scripts, rundowns, and promotional materials are fully aligned with the internal marketplace team.
• Provide constructive feedback on live stream performance, track recurring customer insights, and contribute to developing innovative live concepts to boost future engagement.
• Represent the brand with a professional, communicative, and polished image, ensuring all product claims align strictly with company guidelines and SOPs.

Requirements

• Able to represent the brand professionally during live streaming sessions.
• Proven experience as a Live Stream Host on major e-commerce or social commerce platforms.
• Strong public speaking and persuasive communication skills.
• Deep familiarity with marketplace and social commerce ecosystems (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Tokopedia, etc.).
• Solid understanding of digital direct-selling tactics and live-funneling mechanisms.
• Highly confident, expressive, and natural in front of the camera.
• Strong sales-driven and target-oriented mindset.
• Excellent agility and flexibility to adapt to scheduled live shifts and changing broadcast routines.
