Host Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Host to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. The host is the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Duties

• After being trained, take over the responsibility of training and scheduling all hosts.
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
• Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions.
• Monitor the dining area to ensure guest satisfaction and address any needs promptly.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in the host/host area.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in food service or restaurant settings.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• A commitment to providing exceptional guest services in a team-oriented environment.
