Host Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee overall resort operations, guest experience and service standards.
Manage departmental teams, staff scheduling and daily briefings
Monitor operating costs, revenue, budgets and inventory controls.
Ensure guest satisfaction, complaint resolution, safety and statutory compliance.
Coordinate restaurant, housekeeping, maintenance, safari arrangements and resort activities.

Requirements:

Graduate in Hospitality or Hotel Management preferred
5–8 years of relevant hotel/resort experience
including team leadership and operational management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
