HOST or HOSTESS

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
• Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in Front Office or F&B is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, well-groomed, and guest-oriented.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

KEY RESOPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome and warmly greet guests upon arrival.
• Manage guest seating and reservations efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about the restaurant, menu, and services.
• Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries professionally.
• Monitor guest flow and ensure a comfortable dining experience.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
