Position Overview
We are seeking a polished, poised, and personable Host/Hostess to serve as the first and last impression of the Brugada experience. This role is essential to setting the tone for each guest’s visit. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, confident under pressure, and capable of managing the flow of service with professionalism and grace.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and walk-in traffic efficiently
• Coordinate seating strategically to support service flow and enhance the guest experience
• Communicate accurately with guests regarding wait times, table availability, and reservation status
• Work closely with management and service staff to ensure smooth transitions and proper pacing of the dining room
• Maintain a clean, polished, and well-presented host stand and entrance area
• Assist with VIP reservations, large parties, and private dining coordination
• Provide support to front-of-house operations as needed during peak service periods
• Uphold Brugada’s standards of hospitality, presentation, and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

• Previous host, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Experience with OpenTable, Toast Tables, or similar reservation platforms is a plus
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor
• Ability to stay composed and guest-focused in a high-volume environment
• Strong sense of urgency, organization, and attention to detail
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, brunch shifts, and holidays

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
