Host / Packer

Zushi Sushi and Ramen is looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Host / Packer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with seating and takeout orders.
• Answer phone calls and assist customers with basic questions.
• Pack takeout and online orders accurately, ensuring all food items, sauces, utensils, and condiments are included.
• Double-check orders for accuracy and presentation before handing them to customers or delivery drivers.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and delivery drivers to ensure smooth order pickup.
• Keep the front counter, waiting area, and packing station clean and organized.
• Assist with general restaurant duties as needed.
• Follow restaurant procedures and maintain good customer service standards.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, responsible, and dependable.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to stand for extended periods and handle multiple tasks.
• Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and willing to learn.

Work Environment:

This position requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to prepare the restaurant for smooth daily operations while providing excellent service to our customers.
