Round Hill is a full-service private country club offering exceptional Golf, Tennis, Dining, Aquatics, Fitness, Bocce Ball, and plenty of social activities and events. Our goal is simple: create an exceptional experience for our members, their families, and their guests every time they visit.

As a Host, you’ll be one of the first friendly faces our members see. You’ll welcome guests, assist with seating, help keep the dining experience running smoothly, and bring a warm, upbeat attitude to the team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Receive and greet members and guests

• Manage guest reservation system

• Enforce established rules, regulations and Club policies

• Inspect Dining Room daily to ensure proper appearance, maintenance and safety

• Provide layout and design recommendations of the Dining Room per event

• Coordinate food service between Kitchen and service staff

• Assist with service of food and beverages and table clearing when needed

• Minimum 1 year experience in a fine restaurant, hotel, bar or Private Club environment required
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all employees and individual Members required
• Strong verbal communication skills required
• Ability to operate a POS, computer, printer and telephone required
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task is required
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the job, including ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, twisting, kneeling and ability to climb stairs frequently required
• Must possess food handler card and responsible beverage card if over 18
• Ultimately, you’ll ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests.
