Pay: From $15.15 per hour

Our company is hiring a Host/Hostess to greet our customers and help manage the dining room. You will work directly with customers, presenting menus and taking to-go orders. As a Host/Hostess, you must be familiar with food and beverage preparation, while having an eye for detail. You will be responsible for seating guests. It’s essential to treat guests in a friendly manner to create a cheerful atmosphere. The goal is to provide excellent service so that customers feel welcomed, confident and satisfied with the experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive to our establishment.
• Direct guest to the assigned tables given by the manager.
• Answering phone calls with positive attitude.
• Being knowledgable of our full menu.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
• Help the team with necessary task.
