Hostel Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the hostel, including maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
• Oversee warden activities such as counseling students on academic performance, personal issues, and career guidance.
• Manage disciplinary actions taken against students for indiscipline or misbehavior.
• Supervise staff members to ensure effective implementation of rules and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior reports, and other relevant documents.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in hostel management or related field (education industry).
• Strong knowledge of hostel management principles and practices.
• Excellent supervisory skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
• Proficiency in property management software or systems.
