Sepeda Hostel is looking for someone who can help keep our hostel running smoothly while making sure our guests and team have a great experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the daily hostel operation
- Manage and coordinate staff and volunteers
- Handle guest issues and help improve guest satisfaction
- Check that hostel standards, cleanliness, and procedures are maintained
- Support and train staff and volunteers
- Help create new ideas and activities to make the hostel more fun and social
About you
- Previous experience in hostel, hotel, or hospitality operations
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Energetic, proactive, and responsible
- Comfortable working with international guests and a multicultural team
- Good English
- Someone who is not afraid to get involved and help with daily operations when needed
