What they need
Job Summary
We are seeking a people focused, Weekend hostel receptionist to support our temporary accommodation manager across our council- contracted TA portfolio, housing close to 200 people across south Wales. This is a genuine stepping stone role, with lots of opportunity for career development.
Duties
- Act as a visible, independent point of contact for residents and on site staff.
- Report issues and maintenance needs promptly to TA manager.
- support with day to day tenant queries.
Experience
- Confident dealing with a variety of people and occasionally challenging situations, professionally.
- Full UK driving licence is essential as you may need to travel between sites.
- Strong communication and observational skills.
