Hostel Warden

Dedicated Hostel Wardens needed to oversee the well-being, discipline, and daily routine of resident students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pastoral care and ensure the physical and emotional well-being of students in the hostel
• Supervise daily routines including study hours, meals, and lights-out
• Maintain discipline and address student concerns with empathy and fairness
• Liaise with parents, teachers, and school administration on student welfare matters
• Handle emergencies and coordinate medical care when required
• Organize hostel activities and encourage a positive, homely environment

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; background in education, counselling, or social work preferred
• Prior experience in a residential school or hostel setting preferred
• Patience, strong interpersonal skills, and a caring disposition toward children/teenagers
• Ability to handle responsibility round-the-clock in a boarding environment
• Experience coaching a sport will be an added advantage
