Job Duties:
- Clean and maintain common areas of company hostel (e.g., lobby, corridors, kitchen).
- Manage hostel assets (e.g., furniture, appliances) and report damages.
- Record water and electricity meter readings monthly.
- Track check-in & check-out of residents (update list, hand over keys).
- Inform management about repairs or issues in the hostel.
Requirements:
- Can read/write basic English (for reports and records).
- Able to do physical work (cleaning, lifting).
- Honest, responsible, and punctual.
