Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the hospital staff hostel.
• Maintain proper allotment and occupancy records for hostel rooms/beds.
• Coordinate check-in and check-out of employees staying in the hostel.
• Ensure discipline and adherence to hostel rules and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of residents, room allocation, visitors, and movements as required.
• Monitor hostel cleanliness, hygiene, housekeeping, and sanitation.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other support teams for hostel-related requirements.
• Attend to employee complaints and accommodation-related concerns and resolve them promptly.
• Report major incidents, disciplinary issues, damages, or safety concerns to HR/Administration.
• Conduct regular inspections of hostel premises and rooms.
• Ensure proper utilization and care of hostel furniture, equipment, and other facilities.
• Monitor electrical, plumbing, water supply, and other basic facility requirements and coordinate repairs.
• Ensure compliance with hospital safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and hostel records.
• Support HR/Administration during new employee onboarding and hostel accommodation allocation.
• Monitor adherence to visitor policies and hostel entry/exit procedures.
• Prepare periodic occupancy and hostel status reports for management.
• Perform other duties assigned by the HR/Administration team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
