Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive, manage waitlists, and seat customers efficiently to enhance their dining experience
• Clear and reset tables promptly, ensuring cleanliness and organization through proper cleaning and bussing techniques
• Assist servers by delivering food orders swiftly and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Handle food running duties with care, ensuring safe manual handling practices during heavy lifting or food transport
• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, kitchens, and service stations by performing routine cleaning tasks in accordance with food safety standards
• Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation and handling tasks when needed
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs, fostering a positive guest experience

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; familiarity with POS systems like Aloha or Micros is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to provide excellent guest services in person
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices during bussing or food running duties
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with cleaning routines, bussing tables, and maintaining a tidy dining environment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Previous banquet experience or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required

Pay: $22.72 - $27.36 per hour
