A professional, energetic and guest-focused first impression.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Welcome and professionally engage guests.
· Manage reservations, walk-ins, waiting lists and table allocation.
· Handle telephone and online booking enquiries.
· Coordinate with the service team to maximise table utilisation.
· Maintain an excellent guest experience from arrival to departure.
· Support special occasions, VIP guests and customer feedback.
REQUIREMENTS
· Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
· Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Arabic speaker
· UAE experience an advantage.
