Manage reservations and walk-in guests, maintaining an organized seating chart

Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to manage table turnover and wait times

Answer phone calls to take reservations and answer guest inquiries

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the entrance/waiting area

Manage waitlists during peak hours and provide accurate wait time estimates

Handle guest complaints or concerns politely, escalating to a manager when necessary

Bid farewell to guests as they leave, ensuring a positive last impression

Assist with basic administrative tasks (e.g., recording guest counts, updating reservation systems)

Maintain knowledge of the menu, promotions, and daily specials
