We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-presented Hostess to join our Food & Beverage team. The Hostess will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring a warm and memorable guest experience from arrival until departure.

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Manage guest seating and table allocation efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Maintain an accurate waiting list during busy periods.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Monitor table availability and communicate seating requirements to the restaurant team.
• Assist guests with reservations and special requests.
• Maintain a professional appearance and excellent personal grooming standards.
• Ensure the entrance and hostess area are clean, organized, and presentable.
• Support the F&B team whenever required.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of the restaurant menu, promotions, and hotel facilities.
• Previous experience as a Hostess in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and welcoming personality.
• Strong customer-service skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
