Bottega Italiana is a boutique Italian dining concept in Bali dedicated to fresh, authentic ingredients and traditional recipes. We are looking for an outgoing, polished, and professional Restaurant Host to join our energetic team at our Seminyak outlet and serve as the welcoming face of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet all arriving guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Manage floor reservations, coordinate seating plans, and balance server workloads.
• Efficiently manage the waiting list during peak hours while keeping guests engaged.
• Guide guests to their assigned tables, present menus, and introduce their servers.
• Collaborate closely with floor supervisors and waitstaff to monitor table turnover and availability.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming entrance/host station at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Host / Hostess, Greeter, or Front Desk Attendant in a high-volume restaurant, café, or hospitality venue.
• Fluency in conversational English is required (ability to confidently communicate with international guests).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Professional and warm presentation with a confident and approachable personality.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
