Hostess

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and direct them to their tables.
• Manage guest reservations efficiently via phone or booking applications.
• Organize seating arrangements to maximize restaurant capacity and flow.
• Manage waiting lists and provide guests with accurate waiting time estimates.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure tables are ready for new guests.
• Oversee the lobby area to ensure a positive and organized first impression for guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and high self-confidence.
• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and professional grooming.
• Friendly, proactive, and strongly service-oriented attitude.
• Basic English proficiency is a significant advantage.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Prior experience in the F&B or Hospitality industry is preferred.
