Role & responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
• Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Coordinate with the F&B Service team to ensure smooth guest service.
• Handle guest enquiries and requests politely and professionally.
• Maintain the guest waiting area and restaurant entrance.
• Ensure excellent grooming, hygiene, and professional appearance.
• Assist in maintaining guest satisfaction and a pleasant dining experience.
• Handle guest feedback and communicate concerns to the concerned supervisor.
• Follow company policies, service standards, and hospitality procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

• Female candidates with a pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Hospitality, Hotels, Restaurants, or F&B Service is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude may also apply.
• Excellent guest service and customer-handling skills.
• Well-groomed, confident, and presentable.
• Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and guest handling is an added advantage.
