The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression. She manages guest reception, seating arrangements, reservations, and communication with the restaurant team while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

Required Skills

• Previous experience as a hostess, receptionist, guest relations officer, or in a customer-service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, friendly, and welcoming personality.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and table management.
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.
