About the role

Hubble Restaurant is seeking a professional and welcoming Hostess to create an excellent first impression and ensure smooth guest flow throughout the restaurant.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements
• Assist guests with seating arrangements
• Provide menus and basic information about the restaurant
• Monitor table availability and coordinate with the Service Team
• Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized hostess area
• Ensure a positive guest experience from arrival to departure

About you

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Hostess, Guest Relations, or Front Office is preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance
• Well-groomed and confident
• Customer-service oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
