About the role

A role responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, managing reservations and seating arrangements, and coordinating with the service team to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude, creating a positive first impression
• Manage and coordinate guest reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements
• Serve guests to their assigned tables and provide menus when required
• Maintain excellent guest relations and respond to inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and promptly
• Communicate effectively with waiters, supervisors, managers, and other departments regarding table availability and guest requirements
• Handle incoming calls, reservation requests, and guest inquiries in a polite and professional manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and reception area
• Handle guest complaints and requests professionally and escalate matters to the supervisor or manager when necessary
• Maintain a professional performance, excellent personal grooming, positive attitude, and courteous communication at all times
