Hostess

We are looking for a confident, well-groomed, and customer-focused Hostess to join the team at a reputed restaurant in Pune.

The Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests and will play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude.
• Manage guest seating and table allocation efficiently.
• Handle reservations, waiting lists, and guest inquiries.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager, Service Team, and Kitchen Team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate information regarding table availability and reservations.
• Assist guests with basic restaurant information and special requests.
• Listen to guest feedback and escalate concerns to the appropriate manager.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception/entrance area.
• Maintain professional grooming and presentation at all times.
• Ensure consistently high customer service standards.

Candidate Profile

• Pleasant personality with confident communication and interpersonal skills.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Relations Executive, or Front Office Executive will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi are preferred.
• Presentable, well-groomed, polite, and customer-oriented.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during busy restaurant hours.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
